This role requires at least 2 years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, analyzing performance, developing financial models, and collaborating with department heads to support strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, possess an ACCA or similar qualification, and demonstrate strong Excel skills.
HR Associate
We are seeking a proactive HR Associate to support SocialPie Technologies in various administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. The role involves creating job descriptions, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in resolving issues, maintain accurate employee records, and implement performance evaluation procedures. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and help develop and implement new HR policies. SocialPie Technologies is offering a PAID Content Writing Internship to help aspiring writers gain hands-on experience and build their portfolios. This remote internship includes mentorship from industry experts, opportunities to work on real-world projects, and a platform to showcase your skills.
