We are seeking a proactive HR Associate to support SocialPie Technologies in various administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. The role involves creating job descriptions, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in resolving issues, maintain accurate employee records, and implement performance evaluation procedures. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and help develop and implement new HR policies. We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-2 years of HR experience, strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with HR software is a plus.
